This is some of the ad campaigns for the 1982 Baja 1000 Race
"Late 1982. After over two years of racing and development Honda redesigns the 250R's chassie. gone is the fat 22x11x8 front tire and in its place what would become the standard 23x8x11. this lone improvement would bring the overall speed up a notch...or two. Honda also decides to bring a 250R with the optional 300 kit thereby creating another 3wheeler class in Baja. yet still no other 3 wheeler entered.
